Adam's Angels Ministry will host the first Adam's Angels D-A-S-H... a 5K to Dash out Childhood Cancer!  The event will help support and raise awareness of childhood cancer. The race will start and end in beautiful downtown Brenham and each participant will receive a D-A-S-H T-shirt. Adam's Angels Ministry is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity to reach out to families who have a child struggling with the effects of cancer. All proceeds from this race will go to Adam's Angels Ministry.

Who: Walkers, Runners, strollers, leashed pets: the entire community!

Childhood cancer participants will begin the D-A-S-H by making the first lap/walk around the courthouse square.  Official start upon completion of our honored participants.

Post activities, face painting, Blue Bell treats, and other fun activities will follow the event. Bring the entire family and enjoy a fun-filled morning while helping to raise funds for families whose children are faced with childhood cancer.

August 1 - Sept 13th: $20.00 - ages 11 & up

$10.00 - ages 10 and under with a t-shirt
FREE - ages 10 and under without a t-shirt
FREE - childhood cancer patients and survivors

Sept 14th - 26th $25.00 - ages 11 & up

$10.00 - ages 10 and under with a t-shirt
FREE - ages 10 and under without a s-shirt
FREE - childhood cancer patients and survivors

Gold Ribbon Stakes:   The month of September is recognized as National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. In addition to the D-A-S-H the ministry would like to honor all children (ages birth to 20 yrs. of age), presently residing in Washington County, who have been affected by cancer.  Our ministry will be placing "gold ribbon stakes" (metallic gold symbolizes childhood cancer) on the courthouse square to honor child warriors, heroes and angels.  If you or your family would like a stake with your loved one's name (or a blank stake), please contact us by calling 979-836-0955 or send an email to Angels@AdamsAngelsMinistry.org with your child's name and information.
