Members of an on-campus organization at Brenham High School are doing what they can to help childhood cancer research.

The local chapter of FCCLA-Family, Career and Community Leaders of America-met recently with Tim and Donna Culliver, founders of Adam's Angels Ministry, to discuss the chapter's yearly community service project.

Upon hearing the mission of Adam's Angels Ministry, FCCLA members decided this was an organization they wanted to serve.

Upcoming plans include a coin war at Brenham Middle School and a night at Horseshoe Junction. All proceeds from both events will be donated to Adam's Angels Ministry.
Additional projects are being planned such as sending Valentines cards and Easter goodies to children fighting cancer.
